Instead of a vague list you forget by February, you set a handful of goals for the year, break each one into concrete milestones, and check them off as you go. Every goal gets its own progress bar, so you always know where you stand and how much of the year is left. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
